VINIFICATION: Soft pressing of grapes, with peel separation, must fermentation by inoculating selected leavens under controlled temperature.
ALCOHOLIC CONTENT: 11,5% vol.
ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE: Light straw-coloured yellow with green hues, brilliant, fine perlage, delicate but marked scent of pear and green apple, floral, savoury taste and good sourness.
