VINIFICATION: Soft pressing of the grapes, with separation of the skins, fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18/20 °C.
ALCOHOLIC CONTENT: 11,5% vol.
ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE: Pale straw-yellow colour, fine persistent beading; fruity aroma, refreshing flavour, well-balanced.
BOTTLE: 0,75 liters.
