PRODUCTION AREA: Conegliano - Valdobbiadene.
VINIFICATION: Grapes are gently pressed, peels are separated and musts are fermented at controlled temperature, with inoculum of selected yeasts.
ALCOHOLIC CONTENT: 11.5% vol. - Residual sugar between 12 g/l.
ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE: Clear straw-yellow colour with greenish tinges. Refined and persistent perlage. Typical and unique fragrance of green apples, fresh fruits, pears and flowers. In the palate, it is sapid with good acidity.
BOTTLE: 0,75 liters.
