VINIFICATION: Grapes are gently pressed, peels are separated and musts are fermented at controlled temperature, with inoculum of selected yeasts.
ALCOHOLIC CONTENT: 11.5% vol. - Residual sugar between 12 g/l.
ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE: Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Fine and persistent. Typical and unmistakable aroma of green apples, fresh fruit, pear and floral. The taste is tangy and good acidity.
