PRODUCTION AREA: Conegliano-Valdobbiadene.
VINIFICATION: Grapes are gently pressed, peels are separated and musts are fermented at controlled temperature, with inoculum of selected yeasts.
ALCOHOLIC CONTENT: 11,5% vol. - Residual sugar between 17 and 32 g/l.
ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE: It is expressed with a delicate and wide bouquet of mature fruits, golden apples, peaches, citruses, acacia and wisteria flowers. In the palate, it is fragrant, mild, fresh, with great softness and good persistence.
BOTTLE: 0,75 liters.
