Grappa di Prosecco Passito

This grappa shows a crystalline transparency. The olfactory sensations it gives, reminds of banana, golden apple, figs, tropical fruits, floral scent of white flowers such as jasmine, spice, juniper and eucalyptus with a light pot herbs scent. Its back-taste is characterized by spice, flower and balsamic juniper sensations and its warmness and softness make it strong but at the same time palatable. This grappa mirrors the delicacy of the vine he comes from.
