To taste its aromaticness, this wine is best served cooled, to be combined with shellfish, uncooked fish in particular, tuna carpaccio, swordfish, european seabass, pasta with sardines and grilled langoustines.

PRODUCTION AREA: Hilly zones of Treviso.

VINIFICATION: Grapes are gently pressed, peels are separated; musts are fermented at controlled temperature, with inoculum of selected yeasts on steel containers.

ALCOHOLIC CONTENT: 13% vol.

ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE: Golden yellow bright colour, delicate fragrance of mature fruits, aromatic, full-bodied taste, very persistent in the mouth, with good acidity, the right body.

BOTTLE: 0,75 liters.
