Manzoni Bianco

Served cold it’s a wine for appetizer, taste it with soft cheese, delicate cold cuts, sea fruits risotto, first courses of vegetables and with meants, second courses of white meats, boiled and grilled fish.

Serving temperature: 10-12°C

PRODUCTION AREA: Hilly zones of Treviso.

VINIFICATION: Soft pressing of grapes, with peel separation, must fermentation by inoculating selected leavens under controlled temperature. It is produced both dry and sweet.

ALCOHOLIC CONTENT: 13% vol.

ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE: Straw-coloured yellow with green hues, brilliant, delicate scent of ripe fruits, floral, savoury taste and good sourness.

BOTTLE: 0,75 liters.
