PRODUCTION AREA: Hilly zones of Treviso.
VINIFICATION: Soft pressing of grapes, with peel separation, must fermentation by inoculating selected leavens under controlled temperature. It is produced both dry and sweet.
ALCOHOLIC CONTENT: 13% vol.
ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE: Straw-coloured yellow with green hues, brilliant, delicate scent of ripe fruits, floral, savoury taste and good sourness.
