It is excellent as appetizer, try it with fresh cheese Asiago or Cansiglio latteria type, cold cuts, dry-cured spiced ham and typical Treviso sopressa, ideal with seasonal vegetable risotto such as asparagus and Treviso chicory, dishes of boiled fish and white meats.

PRODUCTION AREA: Hilly zones of Treviso.

VINIFICATION: Soft pressing of grapes, with peel separation, must fermentation by inoculating selected leavens under controlled temperature.

ALCOHOLIC CONTENT: 11,5% vol.

ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE: Light straw-coloured yellow with green hues, brilliant, delicate scent that reminds of fresh fruits, floral, savoury taste and good sourness.

BOTTLE: 0,75 liters.
