PRODUCTION AREA: Hilly zones of Treviso.

VINIFICATION: Soft pressing of grapes, must fermentation with its peels, under controlled temperature.

ALCOHOLIC CONTENT: 11,5% vol.

ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE: Pale straw-yellow colour with green reflections.. Delicate but generous bouquet. It carries the aroma of ripe fruit, green apple, fresh vegetal, dry hay, flowery rose.. Its coolness on the palate, in harmony with the other components, gives way for optimum drinkability.
