Grappa Bianca
Si presenta con trasparenza cristallina. Le sensazioni olfattive che si percepiscono sono composte da un ampio mix fruttato di banana, mela golden, fichi e frutta tropicale, floreale di fiori bianchi quali gelsomino, speziato, balsamico di ginepro ed eucalipto; leggera presenza di note riconducibili ad erbe aromatiche. Si manifesta con sensazioni tattili di calore e morbidezza che la rendono decisa ma allo stesso tempo carezzevole al palato. Le sensazioni retrolfattive prevalenti sono lo speziato, il floreale e le note balsamiche di ginepro. Questa grappa riflette le caratteristiche di delicatezza del vitigno di provenienza.

PRODUCTION AREA: Hilly zones of Valdobbiadene.
VINIFICATION: Soft pressing of the grapes, with separation of the skins, fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18/20 °C.

ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE: Pale straw-yellow colour, fine persistent beading; fruity aroma, refreshing flavour, well-balanced.

VINIFICATION: Grapes are gently pressed, peels are separated and musts are fermented at controlled temperature, with inoculum of selected yeasts.
ALCOHOLIC CONTENT: 11.5% vol. - Residual sugar between 12 and 17 g/l.
ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE: Clear straw-yellow colour with greenish tinges. Refined and persistent perlage. Delicate fragrance of apples, fresh fruits, pears and wisteria flowers. In the palate, it is velvety, soft, sapid and with good acidity.
